Really pissed me off, at work my tank has been setup for months with little issues. Today I notice a head of Aptasia, where does this crap come from ? Nothing been added for god knows how long.

a tiny polyp of Aiptasia can remain "dormant" (not really dormant, but non growing) for quite some time. They can theoretically do this until conditions meet their needs.
