There was a carpenter that was on Discovery Health that came in complaining about headaces. After the doctor ordered X-Rays it showed a nail flat in the middle of the guys brain. No holes in the skull at all. After talking to the patient he explained a prior accident where a nail gun went off and he passed out. Seems that it happened years ago and the guy just started having problems, the nail entered close to the eye somehow. Strange shit....Of course the guy left untreated.
