I was told by a glass place in Bay Minette that it had to be untempered glass to be able to drill it without cracking it. It might be worth checking on. You might want to call them. Bay Minette Glass ( 937-9659).

You can get all that stuff at home depot over in the nuts and bolts department, lowes, or most any hardware store. I got all that stuff at the local auto parts store. Home depot has a good assortment of different size angle, square tubing , round tubing, and flat bar and sheet Aluminum.

It's home made. I got my friend to cut and break a piece of Coilzack aluminum ( the reflector) and i mounted icecap endcaps on aluminum angle and used spacer to mount it over the reflector.

I fixed my lights. Here is some pictures Scott. I still have to run some weather stripping around the top hatch to prevent anylight from shinning out.

Reeferpuffer is the winner. I installed my lights while the hood was off my tank and upsidedown. After I got my light wired up and turned on I raised the top to see how bright they look against the reflector and to my suprise the where still in the hood and not on the top hatch.
