IM RUNNING 3 T12 VHO 454 ACTINICS AND ONE 75.25 T12 VHO WITH A SINGLE END METAL HALIDE WHICH IS A 20K RADIUM BULB ON A 65 GAL 3FTL 24H 18W IS THAT ENOUGH LIGHTING TO KEEP SPS

What are the watts on the MH? I'd say yes even without knowing that info but maybe only at the top half of the tank. A higher wattage MH would probably allow you to put them lower in the tank. Any sps not directly under the MH might not grow as fast or get the best color.

I've seen sps growing in less light, you will do just fine.

IM SORRY IT IS ONE 250W MH ON AN ICECAP BALLAST WITH A 20K RADIUM SINGLE END BULB IN THE MIDDLE OF THE TANK THANKS FOR THE INFO

Yea you will not a problem at all. Like I said before placement will determine color of some of them, but all should grow.
