OK, I've lost track of who wants what, so please restate your requested quantity!

The price is about $5/lb with ship and tax.

Shagman - 5+ lbs?
Scott - 5+ lbs
Xster - 20+ lbs
Brandon - 5 lbs
Salt'n'Lime - 5 lbs
tbmoore - 5 lbs?

That's about 45 lbs. They sell 35 lb pales and 2000 lb super sacks. Does anyone want extra? We need to get rid of about 25 more lbs. Let's get the rest of the group to speak up if they want it.

Or is it approximately 5.00/lb with ship and tax included?

It's $160 per 35 lb pale + ship + tax.... I was just guessing about $5/lb total.

That's about 2 pals of granular ferric hydroxide (GFH). Between this and the GAC, I can not 'front' the money, so I am implementing a new policy...

Terms and Conditions of Purchase:
1) I have a paypal account that you can send me money 'up front' to make the purchase. I will order this stuff on 12:00 PM on Monday, March 29. If I have money in my paypal account from you or if you have dropped off the funds at my house, then you will have your ferric hydroxide. The cost is $4.58/lb plus shipping cost & taxes & paypal fees (unfortunately I am charged 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction, so I'm going to pass that cost on to you guys). I do not know the exact shipping charges so let's assume $5.50/lb shipped. I will refund/collect the difference when you pick-up the GFH.

Why do I do this? I'm glad you asked! I do not turn a profit off of this in any way, shape, or form. I too like a good cheap source of maintenance supplies.
