Alk level, what is yours?

I have been keeping mine around 7 dkh, I raised it over the course of a week to 12.9. What benefit should I see from this? What is your Alk level?

mine is around 10-12...so i think im doin pretty good, i just dose with tech CB 1 and 2... about 1-2 times a week depending on cal. consumption

Mine's around 8 DKH but, like you, I'm probably gonna change that in the near future.
