some kinda worm?

sorry i couldnt get a pic cause i couldnt find it again after getting my camera but i had a small worm looking creature in my tank tonight. it was about 1/4 inch long and swimming! any ideas what this could be and if its good or bad? it was swimming pretty fast and it seemed attracted to my flash light until i had the camera ready.

I had one of those once, was it green? I saw one a year ago, then never again.
100 gal mixed reef, 30 gal sump, 4x54w T5, 2x150w HQI, OctoX 200 skimmer, Kalk top-off, rocky mixed reef.

yeah im pretty sure it was a greyish-green looking color. only looked at it for a couple seconds before running to grab my camera. more than likely the camera wouldnt of even been able to focus on it and get a good picture it was so small
