I don't think Hawks normally bother other birds but I'd be a little nervous about it too. Guess it just depends on how hungry they are. That snake looks awfully happy where he is.. :D I feel sorry for them, they do an enormous amount of good but everybody hates them. I see it all the time at work, p...

That Hawk looks alot like a Red-Shouldered Hawk, in the same family as the Red-Tailed. I think that snake is beautiful! Great picture of his face. :) Those pics are making me homesick for my log house in East Tennessee...I remember a little doe like that there, one of her front legs was missing the ...

By the way, that one still looks good, it doesn't look like it's starving, so you may not have too much trouble getting them to open.

Actually, the orange Tubastrea's do pretty well, as long as you are willing to take the time to care for it, and seeing how really beautiful they become when they're healthy and happy is really rewarding. The Black ones (from what I understand) are much harder to keep alive. If I can offer some advi...

Personally, I like the 13K. More of a crisp white light without too much blue or the yellowing of 10K. I think it's all a matter of what you want to see in your tank.
I take it you're a xooanthid fan? May have some light blue ones for you before too long if you want them. Sue

I dunno, she's kinda cute, red eyes and all :P She looks a little sleepy, I bet I'd do the same thing if someone stuck a camera in my face when I was sleeping!
