We already have one. A roadcourse that NASCAR won't use. They is no more room on the schedule for another race. Currently, it is basically a test track for BMW and Volvo. They host a few races there, but it's not taking off like the owners had planned.

Looked like a Toyota commercial to me. They're always running commercials on how tough their trucks are. This is prolly one they though about using, but ended up on the cutting room floor. Someone picked it up and posted it.
