orange lobo

$30 for a frag of this orange lobo. I got a single head of this for $30 a few yrs ago and just fragged a head off last month. If my picture posts it should be the head on the left of the lobo.

pink/orange monti digitata

I have one, maybe two frags of a pink/orange monti digitata. You need some strong light to get the pink to stay. It usually goes super pink on me the first few months after I change my bulbs. $10 for a 2 inch frag. I'll see if I can find any picture already on the site. I just went to take pictures ...

Re: wtb zoas for zoa garden

I'm also looking at putting a zoa frag pack together. I haven't had time to frag or take pictures of everything but I think I'll have about 12 different zoanthids for the frag pack.

Yellow/Green Milli

I had to frag my yellow/green milli. It was touching my red planet when I got home from christmas vacation. It is an inch and a half to 2 inches but has 8 branches. $25 and I'll include a polyp of my rainbow zoanthid. I don't have a good picture of the zoanthid but you can see the milli in two diffe...

Never seen the site before. From the looks of it you can find most of the stuff on the site locally for a better price.

Re: Update On My 100 gal.

So you guys are saying you couldn't successfully keep a Vlemingi tang in a 100 gal tank. They only live for up to 45 yrs, grow roughly 3-4 inches a year the first couple of years and can get up to 2 ft. If they don't have a large enough tank they will get stressed because it will stunt their growth ...

Re: Seagrass *Free with pickup*

Andrew I did mean the oargrass. I wouldn't want the larger stuff. Right now I have a bunch of frags on the bottom of the tank so i just don't have the room, but it is something I might be interested in trying.

Re: Seagrass *Free with pickup*

Andrew I think the shoal grass would be an interesting addition to my tank but my concern is what I'd have to do as the stuff fills in and matures. You mentioned in your other thread about having to keep it thinned out or removing the dead leaves. I have a deep tank and wouldn't want to try messing ...

Re: My 65 tub build

now it may not look nice but the idea is to put it in the new cabinet I build, or in the closet next to the topoff tub. When you never see it I don't put too much stock into how good it looks just as long as it works and doesn't crash your tank.

I may try to put together a few zoanthid frag packs after christmas. Just don't have the time right now but I do have some decent zoanthids.

Re: My 65 tub build

It won't run all the time. Just enough to keep the kalk somewhat mixed up. It will be a long time before it wears through as well. It has a fairly thick acrylic bottom plate. Anyway I see it being set to stir 4 or 5 times a day for a few minutes at a time. Just enough to keep the kalk from settling ...
